Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Thank you for choosing Neck Bliss. We truly appreciate your trust in our products and hope you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund, store credit, or product replacement.

Returns:

  • All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging if returning (only when required).

Return Process:

  1. Request a return or replacement by contacting support@neckblisss.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to replace, and a clear photo showing the issue.

  2. In most cases, you do not need to send the original product back to us.

  3. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost of the replacement product.

Refunds:

  • After reviewing the submitted photo(s), we will process your refund or replacement.

  • Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund or replacement to be completed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • We will notify you by email once your return or replacement has been approved and processed.

Damages & Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.

  • If you receive a damaged item, take clear photos and email them to support@neckblisss.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • If damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping or due to a product defect, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Items damaged by mishandling or improper care by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging if returned.

  • Products showing signs of use or damage (not caused by us) cannot be returned.

  • In rare cases, we may send a replacement item without requiring the original item to be returned. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.

  • Packaging differences, boxes, or minor accessories do not qualify for refunds.

Exchanges / Returns:

  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs of replacement items.

  • Neck Bliss is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.

  • Refunds do not cover differences in packaging, boxes, or accessories.
